::First of all you definitely need to book if you want to go to Tamarin. The place is easily reachable from anywhere on the island. The waiter and waitresses are really professional and welcoming, the music is soft maybe a bit too much night-club like sometimes. The garden is amazing so you want to ask for a table outside, lemongrass and palm trees are everywhere is just beautiful. Whether you go there for a drink or dinner you will not be disappointed... The food quality is really good the wine list is short but we'll selected... And the price is like anywhere else in Saint Bart really expensive...

::The ambiance was amazing. The patio was top notch. The plants, the birds, the lily ponds....couldn't believe it. The lighting at night was gorgeous. The staff was friendly. The service was great to start, and then it got slow....right when you wanted to pay the check. We've lived in Europe, and we found while we lived there that often, the service got slow when it was time to pay the bill. Maybe it's cultural?! Don't know...but Americans want to pay it and move on.
